Full audit and strategic development of new nurture program to meet the needs of ANZ audience and optimise conversion across multiple segments

Procore is a leading global cloud-based construction platform experiencing fast growth in ANZ over the past couple of years. To support this continued to growth and focus on conversion through the funnel, it was time to review the global nurture program, and customise it to suit the needs of the local ANZ audience.


To start, we conducted a full audit of the existing nurture program across several key segments and customer journeys. Using our understanding of the client, the industry and key buyer personas we were able to detail a set of recommendations to deliver both quick wins, and structural changes to improve performance of the program and deliver higher conversions.


This expanded the program beyond simple, siloed nurture tracks towards a more integrated, strategic, multi-channel program incorporating digital and physical channels based on each customer journey.


Ultimately, this new program with updated messaging, content, touchpoints and triggers, is all set to deliver the right content at the right time, and optimise readiness for sales outreach.
