Taking Care of Care: the delivery of a person-centred brand

Established in 2008, Australian technology company Health Metrics designed and built eCase for residential aged care, retirement living, home and disability care service providers across the country. Fast forward a few years, the sector has changed considerably, and the brand needed to reflect the needs of its audience, and the drive stronger relevance and connection to the care sector.


Following in depth market research, we developed a brand strategy spanning brand architecture, positioning, visual and verbal identity, product design and service delivery. Culminating in the new brand line of ‘Taking Care of Care’, the brand strategy lays the foundation for a robust and cohesive proposition and experience in market focused on person-centred care.

To complete the eCase brand refresh program and bring the full proposition to life across all their care sectors, we redesigned, wrote and developed a new website with custom sites for each Australia and New Zealand. This included designing the site structure to better align with the broader eCase audience, and developing new video explainer content to position their broader offering for multi-pillar care providers.
