As a strategic marketing partner to AFCX since 2016, we're doing our bit to fight financial crime
Australian Financial Crimes Exchange (AFCX) is platform which forms part of the federal government’s response to fight financial and cyber crime.
Working with AFXC as a key partner since pre-launch in 2016, we were initially engaged to establish a brand positioning and key narrative across their core target audiences and support in attracting financial institution members.
Since that time, we have operated successfully as an extension of their team to plan and execute all marketing activities including:
- Technical fraud content for members
- Social media management
- New product development
- Digital strategy and execution
- Email marketing
- CRM & martech implementation
- Communication & media planning
- Collateral and visual design
We have worked with TSM since 2016 and found the team to be key partners in supporting our business. Of particular note is the flexibility and responsiveness TSM have consistently demonstrated over this time. We also find that our complex subject matter can be a challenge for some of our partners, however the TSM team have invested the time to develop a good understanding of our environment and produce high quality content, design and marketing ideas.
