Strategy and creative execution

Following the success of NICE’s ‘Be there from anywhere’ campaign, the next step was to establish CXone as the ultimate hybrid contact centre. With this strategy in mind, we focused on NICE’s ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences – whether from the office (here), remotely (there) or across all channels (everywhere).

From creative and strategy through to digital assets and paid media, we developed a full-funnel structure to drive awareness through to conversion, aligning each message pillar to a customer success story. ‘Here’ represented GWA Group’s shift from legacy software to the cloud; ‘There’ looked at Nine Group’s remote-workplace response to COVID; and ‘Everywhere’ demonstrated Ergon Energy’s transition to an omni-channel service.

The cornerstone content for the campaign was an interactive eBook, ‘Building the Ultimate Hybrid Contact Centre’, outlining industry trends and challenges through the lens of CXone customers to lead readers to request a trial.
