Creating leadership through strategic content across B2B2C
Cuscal is Australia’s leading independent provider of end-to-end payments solutions serving many tier 1 and 2 financial institutions. We were engaged to help solidify the brand as a leader in the payments market, and build a more strategic and scalable approach to content marketing efforts.
We began by interviewing key stakeholders in the business to identify alignment across sales, marketing and product, and to understand the business landscape. Subsequently, we developed a comprehensive content strategy, including buyer personas and content pillars, and identified strong core messaging.
A scalable approach was developed to bring the strategy to life and kick off some executional elements for B2B and B2B2C communications. This included atomising existing heavy-weight content into new and diverse formats to increase leverage and usability across different channels, and developing customer-facing content ‘toolkits’ enabling Cuscal clients to access high-quality content for their retail customers.
