Our philosophy

We believe marketing is a strategic pillar in business – the growth engine, the brand and demand leader. Whilst marketing departments are often a magnet for tactical requests across the business, it’s a focus on the handful of vital levers which generate business growth.

Our model and approach is geared at helping clients identify these levers, and building a sustainable and commercial pathway and program of work to execute them, so our clients can outthink, outsmart and outperform the competition.

Our story

As a client-side marketer of 17 years driving the growth of leading brands locally and globally across B2C and B2B sectors from automotive and luxury hospitality, to telecommunications and financial services, our Founder and Managing Director Janine Pares experienced a gap in the agency services she relied on. So, in 2014 with two kids under the age of three, she left the corporate world and launched TSM to fill this gap – the commercial and business focus of a no-nonsense consultancy, with the creative excellence of a world-class agency.

The result is marketing that works. 10 years on, our team partner with ambitious leaders of enterprise and scale-up B2B organisations across APAC to drive growth across the full customer journey.
